Spring break 2011 with the Ho's

Side-Trip to JellyBelly Factory~!

Angeli was so excited going to the snow with her friends~ being with trusted family friends,we did not hesitate; we knew she will enjoy every moment! Many thanks to the Ho's for having her!

She loves taking scenery~ Angeli's looking at views in her own perspective shows how she loves it!

This is the first time Angeli went to the snow with her friends and slide downhill!

Stations of the Cross as prayed by Angeli,10 years old,5th grade

Station 1- Jesus is Condemned to Death
Dear Jesus,
Like you I have been punished for something I did not do. Help me to
except the punishment without anger. Help others to be fair about punishment.
Amen
Station 2-Jesus Carries the Cross
Dear Jesus,
Like you I had to do something that is really hard. Help me to do it well with strength. Help others
to understand that most things need love.
Amen
Station 3-Jesus falls the first time
Dear Jesus,
Like you we all have fallen in front of many hating people. Help me to get up when I fall. Help
others understand the love of Jesus Christ.
Amen
Station 4-Jesus meets his Mother
Dear Jesus
Like you I have seen my mother very sad. Help me make her happy again. Help others do the same
as well.
Amen
Station 5-Simon of Cyrene carries the cross
Dear Jesus
Like you someone nice has helped me carry something when I need help. Help me have strength
when I'm punished. Help others find the love inside them.
Amen
Station 6-Veronica wipes Jesus' face
Dear Jesus
Like you my friend has helped me keep on going. Help me have strength at the time of weakness.
Help others do good for other people.
Amen
Station 7-Jesus falls the second time
Dear Jesus
Like you I have fallen once more. Help me try again. Help others believe that they can still do it.
Amen
Station 8-Jesus meets the women of Jerusalem
Dear Jesus
Like you my friends have felt sorry for me. Help me feel the same way for others to. Help others
feel the pain when we are most in pain.
Amen
Station 9-Jesus falls the third time
Dear Jesus
Like you I have fallen once more in my life. Help me to realize there is always
tomorrow. Help others know that pain always goes away.
Amen
Station 10-Jesus is stripped of His garments
Dear Jesus
Like you someone has taken something away from me that is very important to me. Help me
remember that it was not my life taken away. Help others keep going when something is taken away from
them.

Station ll-Jesus is nailed to the cross
Dear Jesus
Like you they still punished me for doing nothing. Help me forgive them. Help others understand that
enough is enough.
Amen
Station 12-Jesus dies on the cross
Dear Jesus
Like you I will die one day. Help me to have strength during that moment. Help others to not be
afraid of death.
Amen
Station 13-Jesus' body is removed from the cross
Dear Jesus
Like you my pain has ended. Help me be happy during my death. Help others have strength during
my death.
Amen
Station 14-Jesus is laid in the tomb
Dear Jesus
Like you my body will be put in a tomb. Help me have my body rest in peace. Help others
understand that our body will be in peace.

Those were the days ~ reminiscing the past...

photos of my baby from birth to a toddler~it's been a joy seeing her grow..from a cocoon to a butterfly..a reality of life that no matter how we wish they stay as a baby, our kids will always be our baby and we as parents need to guide and strengthen them..wishing that when the time comes that she is ready to fly, she will be as strong and prepared to face the reality of life...outside the comforts of home and be ready to tackle all that comes her way...
